Every measurement of one sample, in one place.
A vial is one solution, and everything you measure on that sample goes in it — so the app can weigh your ¹H spectrum, your melting point and your IR bands together.

How a reading works
From a photograph to a peak table you can defend.
Every number comes from ink in your image or from the file you supplied.
- 01 capturePhotograph the plot or import a JCAMP-DX or Bruker file at full instrument resolution.
- 02 calibrateIt reads the ¹H and ¹³C axis itself — on the other techniques you set the two edge values.
- 03 peaksEvery line marked confirmed or for review and yours to strike out, with J values and integrals on NMR.
- 04 interpretCandidates ranked against the on-device index showing what did not match — a shortlist to check, never an identification.
On the device
Everything runs, and stays, on your device.
Reading, measuring, interpreting and searching the reference library all run locally. No account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting.
It is also where your spectroscopy data lives: each vial keeps every measurement of one sample with the photographs it was read from, and your comments.
Export one vial as JSON, or the whole cabinet as a single backup that restores by merge, keeping everything you have done since.
One optional feature crosses the network: syncing your own records between your own devices through your own private iCloud database — your Apple account, not ours.
Photographs are stored with their metadata stripped, and photo-library access is add-only: it can save a capture when you ask, and cannot read what is already there.
